At Fig & Willow, every candle is hand-poured in Melbourne with care. As a small Australian business, we take the time to prepare, pack and send each order beautifully.

Processing Times
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–4 business days. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout apply after your order has been dispatched.

As our candles are hand-poured in small batches, there may occasionally be a slightly longer processing time during busy periods or when a fragrance is freshly poured. If this happens, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Please allow additional delivery time for regional and remote areas.

Packaging

Each Fig & Willow order is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Wherever possible, we aim to keep our packaging considered and minimal while still protecting your candles during transit.

Damaged Orders

We take great care when packing every order. In the unlikely event that your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We’ll work with you to arrange a suitable replacement or resolution.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Fig & Willow cannot be responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice an error before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it.

Because every Fig & Willow candle is hand-poured in Melbourne, slight variations between candles are completely natural and part of the beauty of a small-batch product.
